So let's start from the beginning on this mirror. When it was delivered, my first reaction was: wow this is heavy for just a mirror. After opening the outer cardboard box to find the mirror fully surrounded in protective foam, I realized why the description says that the seller will be responsible for any damage during shipping, because this mirror is packaged very well.I haven't had a chance to hang it up yet as we're waiting still to remodel our bathroom, but from thoroughly looking over the mirror, it's extremely well built and very solid. I was hesitant at first about the shiny crystals that you can see in the pictures around the mirror itself (wife really like it), and kept wondering if it would be too flashy or distracting when the lights are on. In reality, I think that the crystals are actually a good thing, and beneficial overall because they reflect light, making the room feel quite a bit brighter when the lights are on. The hooks for hanging seem sturdy as well, and should hold the mirror on the wall without any problems.Overall, while it may be slightly more expensive than your typical bathroom mirror from your local home improvement store or Amazon, I think the fact that it's handmade and just so well made in general makes it stand out over others. Add on the nice elegant look of it, and I believe it'll add a touch of elegance to any bathroom.
